Our pizzas start with a naturally yeasted, slow fermented sourdough whole wheat crust.They are topped with the finest natural, fresh, local ingredients we can get our hands on, including many that we grow ourselves on our farm. Then they are cooked at high temperature in our Artisan wood -fired oven imported from France.


The result... Amazing pizza! Crisp yet soft crust. Melt in your mouth exquisite flavors. And the natural fermentaiton process produces an easily digested,  healthy meal.

About the crust - Our crusts are multi-grained, naturally yeasted (sourdough), slow fermented amazingness. The dough formation process produces a crust that is delicious to eat, easier to digest, and healthier for your body.


We offer both a 9" personal size and a 12" larger size pizza, however in particular events and venues we may only offer one or the other. Prices for 9" are $12-14, and for 12" are $17-19. Prices may be higher in some venues due to the high costs levies on us to vend in those locations.


We make everything fresh and to order. A pie usually only takes about 5 minutes to make. We do not do phone orders. Please come on down and we'd love to make you a fresh hot pizza!


Gardener’s Delight

Basil pesto sauce, zucchini, asparagus, spinach, onion, garlic, mushroom, olives, roasted peppers, tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan. (Note: all veggies are subject to availability) This pizza makes you think of warmer summer evenings, the smell of turned garden soil, the buzz of bees, and a basket of fresh veggies.


Pia Pika (Hawaiian for pizza)

Our version of the classic Hawaiian, this pie is topped with smoked ham and pineapple. Surf’s up!


Chicken Thai

Pizza with an asian flair, this pie starts with a Thai chili sauce, zucchini, roast chicken, red onion, and topped with mozzarella and Thai basil.


The Fasani

This simple pie is olive oil, fresh minced garlic, mozzarella, and sea salt. Because sometimes less is best.


The Kitchen Sink

Red sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion, roasted peppers, mushrooms, olives, and mozzarella. It’s everything but the kitchen sink.


The Southwestern

Chipotle sauce, corn, roasted chicken, black beans, mozzarella, parmesan, and topped with fresh cilantro and lime.


Big Sky BBQ

BBQ sauce, pepperoni, ham, chicken, red onion, mozzarella, pineapple, and jalapeños.


The Danny Boy

The Danny Boy starts with an olive oil drizzle, thin sliced potatoes, sausage, rosemary, onion, mozzarella, and some salt and pepper. You have to try this amazing combination.


Old Faithful

Good old fashioned pepperoni pizza.


Margherita

Named for Queen margarita, legend has it this was her favorite pizza, and she would travel to the common markets of Italian towns to enjoy this treat. Red sauce, mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil.
